I love reading about mysterious and weird things but I found this book - The "Count" particularly more disturbing and mysterious - or weird! Some people call it a story of true love - I find it more of a story of twisted obsession. [spoiler alert] Keeping the body with him for 7 years - feeding it - trying to keep it some what 'alive' - sleeping next to it - kissing it......YUCK! I'm sorry, for me it was just kind of . . . well, sick. I first heard about the story from an interview I listened to and thought it would be right up my alley - but the interview didn't get deep into the gory details that the book did. I'm no prude, but I found it disgusting. Maybe he was crazy - who knows - but if you like stuff that challenges your gag reflex, by all means pick it up.Product details

This book is awesome. Very specific and detailed. Better than all the other books about him. Already read it twice
I am a Key West local and have to say I love the story of the creepy count and his undead bride. I'm always eager to learn more and was pleased to find this book on here. The book arrived quickly and the wrapping it came in protected it well from the rain we had been having!
